The rules that apply when you use our website and book with us.
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. They explain how bookings, payments, changes and cancellations work, and what you can expect from us.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any booking or service you arrange with London Privilege Travel (“we”, “us”). By using the website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book with us.
London Privilege Travel is a travel agency offering holiday packages, tours, flights, hotel bookings, visa assistance and custom itineraries. Registered business name: [Company legal name], registered address: [Registered address], company number: [Number].
In many cases we act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport and tour operators.
If you want to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Charges depend on the package and the supplier’s terms and may include the supplier’s charges plus an administration fee. Some bookings, such as non-refundable flights or hotel rates, cannot be changed or refunded.
The cancellation terms that apply to your booking will be provided before you pay.
Occasionally we may need to change or cancel a booking because of supplier decisions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control. If we make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund of the amounts you have paid to us, as required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller, covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage and repatriation. You are responsible for making sure your cover is suitable for your trip.
Services such as flights, accommodation and excursions are provided by independent suppliers who have their own terms and conditions. We take reasonable care in choosing suppliers, but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions except where the law says otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, terrorism or government action.
If something goes wrong during your trip, please tell your guide or supplier and contact us immediately so we can try to put it right. If you remain unhappy, write to us within 28 days of your return with your booking reference and details of the problem, and we will respond promptly.
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to bookings made after that date.
