Effective for all reservations made through
londonprivilegetravel.co.uk. Your privacy, security, and
openness are our top priorities. To help you understand your
rights and responsibilities when using our services, we have
carefully outlined our Terms & Conditions below.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of
londonprivilegetravel.co.uk and any reservation or service you
arrange with London Privilege Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By
proceeding with a booking or completing payment, it will be
understood that you have read, comprehended, and accepted
these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all passengers included
in the booking. If you do not agree, please do not use our
services or proceed with a reservation.
2. Who we are and what we do
London Privilege Travel is a dedicated travel agency arranging
travel services, bespoke itineraries, chartered flights,
commercial air travel, and luxury accommodation. Registered
business name: London Privilege Travel Ltd,
registered address:
A 5, 32b Lilley Road, Liverpool, L7 0LR, England, company number: [Company Number].
London Privilege Travel acts strictly as a booking agent and
intermediary between you and independent third-party service
providers, including airlines, chartered flight operators,
hotels, transfer companies, and tour organizers.
3. Bookings and payment
-
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable
details for all travellers (including full names as they
appear on passports, dates of birth, contact details, and
payment information). London Privilege Travel is not
responsible for any loss or disruption caused by incorrect
details provided or failure to review booking summaries
prior to confirmation.
-
Deposit payment options may be available for selected
flights or packages. Deposit eligibility and payment
schedules must be confirmed with our travel team prior to
booking finalization.
-
A booking is only finalized once written confirmation has
been issued and necessary funds have cleared. We reserve the
right to cancel any reservation if payments are reversed,
disputed, or fail to settle.
4. Prices and dynamic fares
-
All fares displayed on londonprivilegetravel.co.uk are
dynamic and subject to change without prior notice due to
seat availability, airline tariff updates, or currency
exchange variations.
-
If a quoted fare becomes unavailable prior to ticketing or
payment processing, we will provide the closest alternative
available for your selected dates.
-
In the event of an obvious typographic or system pricing
error, we reserve the right to correct the error and give
you the choice of confirming at the correct rate or
receiving a full refund.
5. Cancellations, amendments and refunds
-
Cancellation, refund, and ticket alteration terms are
governed by the rules of the individual airline, hotel, or
supplier. Many promotional, discounted, or seat-sale
airfares are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
-
All change and cancellation requests must be submitted in
writing or by phone to our customer support team at least
72 hours prior to flight departure.
-
Where a refund is permitted by the airline or supplier,
funds can only be returned after formal approval and receipt
from the supplier.
-
Administrative Fee: In addition to any
airline or supplier cancellation charges, an administrative
fee of £75 per person applies to all
processed cancellations and refunds, regardless of whether
the cancellation is voluntary or involuntary.
6. Airline changes, delays and no-shows
-
Airlines maintain operational discretion to amend flight
schedules, aircraft types, routes, or timings at any time.
London Privilege Travel is not responsible for
supplier-initiated schedule modifications, delays, missed
connections, or associated incidental costs.
-
Failure to complete check-in or board a flight segment will
be deemed a “no-show” by airlines, which typically
invalidates all onward/return flight segments and makes the
booking non-refundable under airline carriage conditions.
-
Our team will assist passengers in checking alternative
possibilities with airlines where disruptions occur, subject
entirely to supplier availability and policies.
7. Travel documents, visas and health
-
Passengers hold personal responsibility for ensuring all
required travel documentation—including valid passports
(with required validity periods), transit visas, entry
visas, and medical certifications—are secured prior to
departure.
-
London Privilege Travel accepts no liability for denied
boarding, transit refusals, or immigration penalties
resulting from invalid, expired, or missing travel
paperwork.
-
Travel regulations change frequently. We strongly advise all
passengers to review destination and transit advisories
issued by national foreign offices prior to departure.
8. Special requests and accessibility
-
Any special requests (such as seating preferences, special
meals, or airport assistance) should be requested at the
time of booking. We will communicate these requests to
service providers, but fulfilment cannot be guaranteed and
does not constitute a breach of contract.
-
Medical Conditions & Reduced Mobility: If
you or any member of your travelling party has a medical
condition, disability, or accessibility requirement that may
affect travel arrangements, you must notify us in writing
before finalizing the booking.
-
Certain overseas destinations or transport operators may
lack modern accessibility facilities. We reserve the right
to decline or cancel arrangements if appropriate facilities
cannot be secured.
-
Wheelchair users or individuals with specific medical
conditions may be required by airlines to present an
official “Fit-to-Fly” medical certificate.
9. Pregnancy travel policy
-
Expectant mothers must check carrier-specific policies prior
to travel, as rules differ significantly across airlines.
-
Most carriers require a formal medical clearance certificate
for travel past the 28th week of pregnancy, and prohibit air
travel past the 36th week (for single pregnancies) or 32nd
week (for multiple pregnancies).
-
It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to confirm
compliance and carry necessary medical certificates. London
Privilege Travel is not liable for denied boarding or
disruptions resulting from airline pregnancy rules.
10. Travel insurance
We strongly advise every traveller to obtain comprehensive
travel insurance prior to journey confirmation. Your policy
should adequately cover medical expenses, pre-existing health
conditions, personal liability, repatriation, flight
cancellations, baggage loss, and regional disruptions across
the entirety of your journey.
11. Your responsibilities and local laws
You are required to comply with all applicable statutes,
border controls, customs regulations, and policies of every
territory visited. If, in the reasonable judgment of London
Privilege Travel or our partner providers, a traveller behaves
unlawfully, destructively, or aggressively, travel
arrangements may be terminated immediately with no entitlement
to a refund or compensation.
12. Third-party suppliers and limitation of liability
London Privilege Travel acts as an agent for third-party
operators (such as airlines, private charter operators,
accommodation providers, and ground handlers). Each provider
supplies services under their own terms and conditions of
carriage.
Except where required by non-excludable UK consumer law,
London Privilege Travel accepts no liability for loss,
personal damage, journey delays, supplier insolvency, or
service non-delivery caused by third-party suppliers. Any
claims arising from travel execution should be addressed
directly with the relevant carrier or service provider.
13. Force majeure
We accept no liability and will not pay compensation or
refunds for failure or delay in performing our obligations
resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (“Force
Majeure”). Such events include, but are not limited to:
natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest,
labour strikes, industrial disputes, border closures,
pandemics, epidemics, or government travel restrictions.
14. Call recording
Telephone conversations to and from our customer service and
booking offices may be monitored or recorded for regulatory
compliance, training, dispute resolution, and quality
assurance purposes.
15. Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Details regarding the collection,
processing, and safeguarding of your personal data are
outlined in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. Any disputes arising out
of or in connection with our services will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes and contact us
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any
time by updating this page. The version published at the time
of your reservation governs your booking.
